B&B Style Accommodation Photography
As a general guide normally with setting up, extra room lighting, dialing
in the available light, etc you will get 1 to 2 rooms maximum photographed
in 2 hours. It usually takes a morning or afternoon
to properly photograph a property.
The property to be photographed should be ready with flowers,
bedding, and any visual props etc, that you wish to use, set up well
before the start of the photo shoot, as time lost tuning and modifying
a room look will use up your chargeable photography time.
If you want the images enhanced in any way after the photography, a
typical example would be, a blue sky added to an external shot, because
it was overcast on the day of the shoot, the digital image editing charge
out rate is
$40.00 per each 15 minutes.
We check all of the images and supply them to you at 3008
x 2000 x 300dpi in tiff or jpeg format on 2 CDROM. We shoot in the Nikon
RAW format
As a general rule we do not provide accounts for photography work and
will expect payment at the completion of the shoot unless other arrangements
have been agreed to in advance.
A 30% Deposit is required for all photography work.

Terms & Conditions for all Clients

Reliability and Accuracy of Information Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd is the party responsible for maintaining the listed web sites at the end of this online document.

Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss to you resulting from you relying on the security, uninterrupted supply of information or access to the Internet sites administered by Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the users of these sites and the property owners to finalize and confirm bookings as promptly as possible. Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any problems that may arise including, but not limited to, failure of the booking. By the very nature of the internet, web servers may fail due to power loss, terrorism attacks, system hardware and software faults and so on, there can be no 100% guarantee of connections to the hosted sites. Typical general uptime in the past years has been in the region of less than one - two days off line in a 365 day sample. The Internet is a volatile system spanning 100's of global web servers.
3.Accounts & Overdue Late Payments
Original advertising order fees and charges are collected at the time of the advertising order.
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd issues 7 day accounts for existing customers, and these are due 14 days from the account invoice date unless they are COD.
We reserve the right to apply late fees to all accounts not paid within 14 days of the due date.
The late fee charge is applied at the rate of $25.00 per each 14 day period the account is late
Accounts more than 60 days overdue are handed to our collection agency, and any advertisement or listing is removed from the website involved. Re-listing your details online when the account is paid will incur a re-listing fee.
If it is a full hosted site with Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd your web services including all email are suspended until the outstanding amount is paid in full, and your existing website is marked with "This site is offline"
Re-establishing your hosted website after full payment of past due accounts is received will involve an additional payment of $250.00
4.Your use of the sites owned and managed by Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd
A condition of your continued use of these sites is that you agree not to use any site for purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd and its related bodies from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on these sites.
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd reserves the right to edit or remove any information on its sites at any time.
